With the purchase of F.W. Bryce by Nissui in 2006, F.W. Bryce has adopted an entire new business unit, our Asian Products Division. The Asian Products division brings a new portfolio of products into F.W. Bryce's offerings, as well as the wealth of experience and knowledge inherited with the Asian Products sales team. The inclusion of the Asian Products Division not only exposes F.W. Bryce to a wide variety of new products, but also gives our customers access to our expanding portfolio. Bryce can now offer Five Star® brand sashimi grade salmon fillet, Cascade® brand smoked salmon for sushi, fresh kurose yellowtail, non C-O treated frozen kurose yellowtail fillet, grilled eel, tuna saku, and many other items.
