Atlantic Cod (Gadus morhua)

Our Atlantic Cod is caught in the cold clean waters of the Barents Sea where the quota is shared between Norway and Russia. This highly sought after Cod species is processed be modern Norwegian land-based plants as single frozen loins and fillets. Cod is also headed and frozen at sea. It is then shipped to China for further processing adding value at an affordable price.
